insiders have massive positions in this stock.

they are not exactly going to shoot themselves in the foot.


they are doing this to enhance shareholder value.

and they want to uplist.



shares will become more scarce and the prices will be bid up.


especially with projections of huge revenues.

Mark Lucky used the same excuse for the reverse split of 1 for 3,000 back in April of 2018 as hes using for the upcoming split this time around.

Lucky is an idiot if he thinks this going to help this company again. What a rube!
