Who's to say the new face they brought in won't complete the bla for 350mg and submit to the FDA as well. Our trial was set up for 350mg, we completed it as such. The FDA asked for higher dosing but was not part of original trial layout. We have a viable trial complete at 350mg. It proves safe and twice as efficient as standard care. Mahboob has successfully submitted 16 BLAs. Let's see what happens

I have a few questions on how the stock market works. As of Oct 15, there were 24,326,987 shares short with 4.61 days to cover. Does this mean that shorts have to cover within a week or so or can they stay short for a significantly longer time?

By comparison, as of June 30, there were 9,858,218 shares short. With so many shares short now, doesn't this mean a lot of downward pressure on the share price? The shorts aren't taking these positions to lose money and will fight tooth and nail to make a profit. How is CYDY's share price going to move up in the face of such strong opposition? Only a substantial breakthrough like an approval to treat COVID or HIV would be powerful enough to counteract the forces aligned against the stock, it seems to me.

If he fails he will lose everything via litigation he has lead people on and mislead expectations and mismanaged his budget and operations. But I assure you he is dug in and nobody is clawing him out without a lot of leverage and a change of heart by his BOD. Their also culpable for enabling him, however the molecule might save their asses, I hate em all but hope that’s the case.

If you have yet to figure out that the FDA is jerking us (not too mention patients here in the US) around, there's no hope for you. I say explore every option.
