So you are saying that you can change the name and ticker on Finra, before the legal name is changed with the state in which your business is registered? I highly doubt it. imo

Agreed! The Nevada SOS usually takes only a few days once the documents and the $175 is sent in with the Articles of Amendment. For an additional $125, they will do a 24 hour turn around. Then the company must file with FINRA within 10 days for the name and symbol change.
