But then the auditors would be lying.
And the SEC has "accepted" their 10-K filing.
And the auditors did not lose their licence.
And revenue is up 300% from equivalent year ago quarter.
So $SURG really should be at $2.00 per share, but down only due to poor attitude from shorting non-shareholders.

I bought a-$25 starbucks-gift-card at a SurgePays -ECS-convenience-store. And I just happen to have ECS Tracker live real time revenue tracker on my phone while in the store, and I saw my $25 real time gift card purchase blip on the ECS Tracker listed in my town as I purchased the starbucks gift card. So, Surge Holdings Inc. had $25 in new revenue upon my $25 gift card purchase. Awesome! It works! Huge revenues for Surge Holdings Inc through ECS or is it SurgePays, or is SurgePays actually ECS, or is ECS actually SurgePays, or is big Cox bullsh*t also confusing Cox. And that's $25 all for Surge Holdings Inc., right? Or wait... If I can now buy $25 of goods at starbucks, what does Surge make off that $25 revenue, and then the costs to supply and sell and account for that revenue? Good thing Surge Holdings Inc. has awesome internal audit controls, an expensive CFO, and fantastic legitimate auditors.
