If one 10 million share holder dumps into this bid, we will see .002's. Remember, there are 704 mil outstanding, not 70.4 mil. This has a better chance of seeing .002 than .006 based on volume lately. People sell for many reasons, sometimes out of need or wanting more movement with their $40k position. It's called dead money.
