The deal happened couple weeks ago. This is just them showing the plans for the money. I really like the way this company is rapidly moving forward. I strongly believe they WILL be the largest kid(Market Cap wise) on the block within the next year or 2. IMHO, they already have the most data on the best substances over all others.
