Here's how the company addressed the IND submission and IND effective announcements for B-OM.

IND submitted to FDA on 9/8. The company didn't announce that it had submitted the IND until 9/24.

IND became effective 30 days after it was submitted. The company didn't announce that the IND was effective until 10/13.

The IND for our COVID trial could have been submitted weeks ago and we could see an announcement in the very near future that the IND is effective along with a trial start date.
