It was my understanding from the 10/20 Synergy update that their lawyer was providing that early last week, or making sure the judge had it already. So, yeah, maybe the Synergy lawyer is an issue...or the judges contact that spoke with our IHUB member was just trying to deflect. It will eventually all get sorted out, hopefully this week as it seemed implied.
