What groups? LOL. It’s the DIP Lenders and the FLM. That’s it.

They are simply playing a game of chicken...FLM threatening to force a liquidation and the DIP Lenders trying to decide if they call their bluff.

None of that has any relevance to Class 11. There is no version of this where equity gets paid anything.
