What do you mean it didnt say anything? So many people were fearful the deal got cancelled because they deleted their twitter posts. If anything it at least let us know the deal has not been cancelled and is still active. That's great news imo.

I interpreted it as re-assurance that the deal is still moving forward.

To me, it confirmed that the share structure changes were in line with making the merger happen, and not for any other shady purposes. This was the first peep out of them since, right?

It also let me know we can expect more from them 'soon' (that damn word again).
