Hi Strongtower - there are several news releases on propalms website www.propalms.com that have good detail. The one for Dec 11th was updated on 29th of November.

Check my other post on the board today and you will see a summary of my conversation with Propalms in the UK today.

A big piece of the plan is going to be released shortly, which is the financing deal. Essentially, we will see how many shares JLNY will exchange for the $2.5 million they are aiming to raise from "accredited investors" (for detail on this, see the release on their website dated 11th Dec.)

From what I've seen over the last few months it takes up to roughly 6 weeks for the symbol change to go through. I'm sure that's a variable, however that has been the consistent result lately.
