SEC had shut it down a long time ago, you know that

SEC gives these shells lots of rope to hang themselves with. Old Georgie is still in the pokey over the drone scandal this shell was doing a few years ago. So this shell has a history and I think the SEC is going after Goulding and Maddox this trip.
