That is actually correct. I hold another one I just posted on this morning that is doing just that, very soon and it is in conjunction with delinquent audited financials being put out. This other company has over $5 bil in assets and is doing an S-1 simultaneously with uplisting to NYSE. Just like here, the valuation is there to justify a $20/sp but big boards wont jump until all info is current.
