IMO opinion the deal is a harbinger of a 2021 dividend increase ala` the Green Giant acquisition.

But the rest of the trading days til the election are probably not going to be happy days.

No Covid stimulus. No market excitement.

IMO we have to wait to see if the market reacts to the cost of the deal as an albatross, or the size of the deal and the products as being ideally covid-19 friendly.
