It could be the Rig is on one ship....the peripherals (drill stem) on another. There might be 3 ships involved.

You can buy more drill stem locally
You can buy more drill heads locally
The Drilling rig is more or less is the IMPORTANT PART.

Now that Saudi Arabia are friends with Israel....there are all kinds of possibilities.

Drilling for Oil is like a Box of Chocolates....you never know what yer gonna get. I've heard that somewhere before. LOL
