I think the R/S expires on the 7th or 8th of November.... that was the date of the PRER14C, and there was another DEF 14C on November 8th.

I do think the other poster is correct in saying they can file for another R/S at anytime thereby extending it... but its a long shot since there is still over 3.6 billion shares Authorized and not that many notes due after all the dilution that happened in September.

Im more looking forward to symbol change as it will bring "new" life to GHHC.
