Can you expand on that?

Not saying it's not possible, but there seems to be some significant hurdles to that statement.

First, it's a family run company, so someone would have to come in from the outside as it's most likely Dr Schena will be banned from being an officer. It can be done but someone coming in would be looking at addressing large challenges. Given the history of the partnerships & ex employee relations turning bad it seems like fitting into the family culture might not be easily done.

Second, the company seems to be very cash poor at this point. That's not including all of of the outstanding legal issues & costs outside of what's currently going on with the SEC & DOJ.

Third, it seemed that the general product sales have been flat for sometime and the recent allergy testing sales will be much lower given what's outlined in the DOJ complaint. (any test run will be of medical need, not a full panel)

So just swapping out management seems improbable. If you disagree, please expand on your comment.

Hope so. It's not like the company has nothing.

<< Arrayit is far from dead. >>

ARYC will be bankrupt within the next year or so.

The court docs show that they were getting money from investors for the rent. ARYC is also involved in AT LEAST a half dozen court cases (which all cost money). In addition, not many people will want to do business with a company that is being brought to court by the SEC & DOJ. Finally, they won't be receiving much (if any) money from insurance since they are being brought up on fraud charges (so it will be hard for them to find a way to sell their wares).

Bank it....
