they cant report anything until the r/m is done and finalized. Based off what they sent out last week Id expect the lawyer got everything in by the end of the week last eek and we hear early this week. The courts want to get caught up so they want deals like this done. Once we hand over they can start reporting their findings as the own the new company and finalize name change and current status and send out info on the company

I have not seen it yet. The DE courts being so far behind have delayed the news flow IMO. I am sure they have those results. Again, IMO Ameca is waiting for the discharge to start the ball rolling on updating investors. A technicality that is supposed to be resolved this week.
