They are already legal if they have medical licenses. They should set up to supply their patients with their medicine. What they should not be doing is selling outside their network. That is the thing. If they supply their own people under their own licenses that is great. They should also be able to have patient lounges so they can medicate safely. What they should not be doing is selling to the rec market.
