I haven't figured out a way to get background images to work, either as a table cell or a "div". it just ignores it or strips attributes out.
Doesn't allow iframes or live data either.
To work around that in the past I've used a table, or nested divs to sprinkle text around pictures instead of over them. then the text stays the same while the pictures can stretch to fit.
The format here is pretty limited that way.
With more people using the app on a phone there isn't really a standard proper size for pictures, thus the need for sizing to the users screen size and using more stylesheet stuff.
Go ahead and build that teal and grey company website clone. Several folks here would probably appreciate that.
