And boy was some light shed on activities at Melbourne when I finally got a response.

You must not have any actual proof of anything because if you did we wouldn't have to wait, you could just show us now. I mean you keep telling us it exist but we haven't seen it. Are we supposed to just let you get away with saying there is proof when you have no evidence? You said you talked to the State but there's no evidence, how about a recorded conversation? A screen shot of correspondence between you and the State? Your whole post is just one big excuse as to why you can't do what you claim.
