Yeah we all want that and more but lets be realistic. We can't even break out of the 30's there is down pressure being applied.

I've seen and probably most here has been in a stock that has nothing to show for it but blazes through all supports.

I'm with you... I want to carry my shares through the spin-off and collect any dividends or pro rata shares in the new Imperium company, whatever way they do it. If they do it right, shares in the new company could be tax free.

DSGT has stated in the latest PDF slide presentation that

"Imperium EV will be spun off from DSGT."
