The entire $400,000 investment has been received by the Company as of October 16, 2020

The "AS OF" part means all the funds were rec'd by Oct 16th BUT not all the funds were necessarily received ON OCT 16th

Meaning some funding could have occurred earlier, which explains why TWO NOTES
