Well said binzur - I am sick of the "longs" acting like those of us who sold should just get over it and move on. The fact is that PV and gang conspired to steal money from shareholders. Shareholders who believed in the lies that they told in PR's - lies that they told with the express purpose of artificially inflating the share price so THEY could make money. We all lost - those who sold AND those who still hold. Just because some of us decided to cut our losses does not mean that we must move on. We have earned the right to see justice served - no matter what form the justice comes, class action suit, SEC, OSC, etc. No one has the right, not even current shareholders to tell us, direct us, not to file class action suits, not to file complaints with the SEC, etc. That would be like someone stealing my car and some complete stranger telling me not to press charges.
