They did not destroy the price, the price should never have been as high as it was to begin with but someone(s) paid for a lot of promos and the stock got pumped hard which has little to do with the company.
Most likely debt holders paid for the promos and got retail involved which in turn made them a crap ton of money on the shares that were issued at deep discounts.
Stock was at .003 before it started getting heavily pumped.
