Like I say he's not going anywhere especially since he just laid 6 figures on the line unless the company needs those votes for the merger, which is possible i suppose. He saved the company last fall when they put that anti take over provision into the filings after top line results came out. Someone could have bought contolling interest for under 5 million dollars that day. Quick move saved us from my understanding
