That was the only thing I needed postage for was the ballot itself.

The request envelopes were postage paid and the ballot they sent us the postage was paid. $1.20 for that one.

WE each received 3 envelopes to request absentee balloting so it is obvious they were encouraging people to vote by mail under the circumstances.

My wife and I voted by mail. Our son will probably go for early voting or vote on election day.

He is 21 and has never missed a vote.
