I don't know man. Crooks will be crooks until they get completely shut down for good. Meaning jail time. Even then, there's a good chance he'll be at it again when he gets out. Tony Anish has stolen MILLIONS from ripping people off. He's sent at least 3 (that I know of) tickers to no bid...how can 1 person send 3 tickers to no bid??? Crazy stuff.
