You are better off selling this loser. 25 BILLION authorized shares. 4.3 billion outstanding shares. As soon as you bought those 700,000 shares, you became a bagholder.
The company will do a reverse split 1000 to 1 and you will have 70 shares while the new share price will gradually plumet.
