Wrong. Seafarer’s doesn’t have a Recovery Permit........

The disturbance of the seabed is very limited with an Exploration Permit, which is what they have for the 2 sites. Bringing up an artifact for diagnostic purposes only requires permission from the state.

When they were allowed to bring up wood samples for Dr. Alden, they admitted the samples were too small.

Everyone should read the permits. They discuss in great detail what is allowed.

That's how I understand the situation.

“The SeaSearcher is doing its job; it’s doing what it’s supposed to do,” said Kennedy. “The only issue we have is that we can’t confirm any of the targets it’s showing us because we can’t dig them up yet,” he continued. “We’re encouraged by the targets,” he added. “We can’t wait to prove to the world that this thing works.”

So the thing that is made to find treasure is "doing what it's supposed to do".

I see a lot of long-term value in that for shareholders of SFRX.
