I’ll go out on a limb and say we either see news drop this afternoon or early tomorrow morning. I believe we are witnessing a tree shaking!

They are not allowed to drop news now as per SEC's "waiting period" following an S1 filing. They have to wait, even if they have news to announce.
I believe they are not allowed to PR LOI's but are allowed to PR a closed deal.
