There is also the issue of "holder of or by record date" that I will not discuss with you or anyone else here until this is all over.

The 'Holder of Record Date' is not complicated.

You have to hold the stock as of a certain date to get paid.

For example, if they say on October 21 that they will make a distribution on November 21 for the holder of record on October 30, you just have to have bought the stock October 30 or before, and still own it on November 21 to get paid.
