I spoke to James about 2 months ago or so and he told me that hedge funds and large equity groups from Asia and Europe will be accumulating PVDG and they are all his connections, I would assume. I am sure they must be already accumulating as we speak. This will also prevent and keep any stock manipulation in check by MMs, Naked Short Sellers and large groups who have their own agenda and take control of the stock, thereby causing a steady rise in the share price. He is a wall street veteran and he knows this stuff in and out. He has done this for another penny stock which rose from sub-pennies to dollar.
If they post the huge PRs/8Ks with the name, cusip, ticker change, then we have a MOASS and that itself can take us to DIMES and beyond.
