Look, I have explained this a couple of times already. Dilution or 1 billion shares is not the problem. DUMPAGE is the problem. Dumpage destroys the stock. Dumpage destroys shareholder value and dumpage destroys the company.

Dumpage at > 50% of volume is extremely damaging. Most CEO's don't get it. If they are aware of it at all.

Dumpage at that rate is not supposed to happen.
