Classes 4,5,6,7,8a and 8b TBD...If the three classes above will be 100% satisfied. There will be something left over.

Class 1 gets satisfied through giving up cash and debt for assets...Oh how nice.
JCP now has cash to start paying the rest..

I like that. Unsecureds (COTRP, CBTRP, CBJCL pari passiu) have to be made whole, fat and happy, before commons get squat.
