To pay one million dollars in debt due between now and end of the year, assuming they missed paying the $435,700 that was due on Sept 29 and 30, they need 2.5 billion shares to pay it at 0.0004 with 50% discount. If I were them I will do just that and get done with it at least for this year. They will also need about $500,000 for operation this year. That will make the total financial need at 1.5 million dollars for the rest of the year.
