Need a rocket that's capable of leaving the launching pad successfully to fulfill the mission (many believe we are strapped in on one).

Need a full load of rocket fuel (+20pcnt safety factor?) to initiate liftoff and successfully fulfill the mission (know where we can buy some ..cheap??)

Awesome in depth dissection of every word and numbers of the release that should be scruplized by every investor in order to validate their commitment to Valens...or otherwise! Sadly lost on 99% of them as they don't frequent this board...they just know they are getting their a** kicked for no good reason.

Enjoy your insight baberta...we have a long term, ground up build project on our hands and IMO it's going to continue to be ugly (kinda) before it's going to get any better. Not an investment for those that have a fuse that is set to explode in less than 48 hrs.

It is interesting, a little smoke there. .33 a share would have been the high price in May, in Aug it was .23.
Private placement is also interesting as they could have bought for a lower price on the open market. Well maybe not, the volume demand would have been tough. Also we would be missing the reasoning for the deal.
Wana is a private company and they are doing well, in fact very well in regards to word of mouth. We’ll see , you may be on to something there.
