There are two scenarios that will play out.
trump loses = spspa amendment
trump wins = no action until scotus rules.
Under both scenarios stock price should move up. Depending on the terms of the spspa amendment or scotus ruling one class of stock could move higher than another class.
Under either administration I think the companies will be on the path to being released. The risk of dilution is real but I am not concerned. The one thing that I don't like is if there is a clean sweep there will be pressure on biden to do something stupid from warner/sherman and the other morons in the house and senate.
I am holding some reits, mreits, energy, hotels, retail. I expect targeted stimulus in those areas.
