That is a big giant RED FLAG.
A SCHLOCK COMPANY HIRING A SCHLOCK PROMOTER.

It appears the ATMH pump & dump Is not following the rules. Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 requires that a disclosure lists the type consideration (i.e. cash, unrestricted stock, restricted stock, etc) and the specific amount of the consideration the company receives or will receive, directly or indirectly, from an issuer, underwriter, or dealer. I don’t see any disclosure except:

“We have been paid cash only for this report.”
