Investor moral is starting to deteriorate as a result of the constant reloading of the Ask at .0009, and now .0008. Someone with hundreds of millions of shares or as many as a billion or more shares is responsible. The CEO should address shareholders about this. It's not fair to shareholders if some type of unannounced funding agreement resulted in a major share distribution. His name and reputation is on the line here if he doesn't start disclosing what is going on to explain where all the shares are coming from that are devastating the stock price at this very moment.
