I think $12 is an important number for the buyout process, but not the probable buyout price. I think that is about where the Board of Directors will draw the line and decide that it makes more sense to continue doing business, likely in conjunction with taking on a minority stake partner.

Minority stake partner such as STM, the LaSAR Alliance, or SoftBank would bring much of what MVIS has traditionally lacked -- industry connections, effective sales organization and potentially reliable product demand/sales in the case of STM or LaSAR Alliance.

There is no question that MVIS has solid IP and tangible tech that is positioned to take advantage of maturing markets in AR, IoT, automation, automotive safety, autonomous vehicles, interactive display, micro projection and more. The markets for these segments combined is projected in the hundreds of billions of dollars over the next 5 years, and while MVIS realistically won't capture a large portion of that market in the near term, that is a lot of pie to go around.

What do you think happens to the share price if MVIS is consistently posting quarterly revenues in the $50m+ range? $100m+ range? $200m range?

What happens if a large company invests $200m into MVIS as a strategic partnership at $5/share and can bring the missing pieces to make MVIS more effective on the sales side?

Howard -- If you are right and they can't find a buyer for better than $12/share, then you likely come out better as the company realizes the value of their IP over the next 5 years and the price hits $20 or better based on company performance.
