Why would you believe management wouldn't want the share price to go up? Isn't it's the MM's that control the share price movement?? I do agree and also wonder why after the the MGA deal was inked why the price didn't go up? Never invest more than you can easily lose on a stock like Fisker which can turn out to be a grand slam or a grand scam. I do believe we have a huge potential here but are at the mercy of the MM's and also waiting for the merger to be approved which allows these MM's to suppress any upwards movement until the deal is finalized. We really need another company to compete with TESLA......Hopefully, Fisker will be the one to do it???

Normally it takes 4 years to develop, test & certify a vehicle! We do it in a record 2,5 years! Long lead tooling alone is minimum 18 month! It’s the car business....
