Has nothing to do with plastics2oil inc. They have no employees other than Heddle and zero working equipment. All they have is a piece of land no one wants.

I can also tell you based on a number of municipalities I have contacted, no one is willing to be locked into a 20 year contract. Most contracts are year to 3 year terms. Some with options. This creates competition and keeps prices lower
Newly created entities have zero chance when competing against the giants such as Waste Management and others.
