I will answer your statements in reverse. My PPS is $1.25 not $20. If anyone has a $20 PPS to cover I am wondering where they bought their shares...I know, I know...just a number. Got it. Anyway, my point is "product completion" and not "money injection" is a milestone. It is measurable in future value and not just momentary fueling of the coffers to keep the lights on. Like many of us have said before, nothing Titan has done has really made sense. MY conjecture is one of hope...I HOPE...that in order to get to FDA within a year, that they would have sense enough to hit a hard design freeze (product completion of sorts) and then do a full 12 months of clinical human trials in order to have enough data to make it hard for the FDA to say no. I didn't say it IS the plan...but that it COULD BE...the plan.
