Actually they are about to secure non dilutive funding and use that funding in part to pay off the remaining convertibles, as stated in CEO letter. Any potential RS to get on nasdaq is far down the road and would be for getting on to nasdaq when they have plenty of revenues and are ready to be on nasdaq lol..
