Right. Something weird because the top section showing share count didn’t have the 20 milky back in may. Maybe a typo? That’s how I picked it up on this report. But the breakdown in the chart shows it as of October 2019. So I’m not sure what happened. Regardless, the control block is what lazar will transfer to the new owner. Seems like a high number. Wonder if it was requested by a possible buyer. Although if done a year ago maybe the sale fell apart?? It’s all speculation til something goes down.
