It's a Phase 2b/3 for a reason.

Meaning it will move IMMEDIATELY into Phase 3 with positive data. No submissions, waiting for approval, etc.

Negative data sinks the COVID-19 angle forever, not until summer

On the other hand, per the CEO, Some preliminary data results are expected Q1 of 2021.
