Nope, $3 Min, and many cases require $4/share and a list of stuff CTYX does not yet have to uplist to NYSE or Nasdaq. Cash and $$$$ dollar assets on the books and or revenue and cash.
OTC QX is not a major exchange. It is just the top of the swamp LOL.
All of which is irrelevant. The next Pump-Fluff-PR or Real-PR is what will run it higher. Content and timing are the next what if!!!
