For OTC its a dream come true having a 300m float. ANYTHING under 1billion is

Uplisting takes a $4/share price, and $$$$ Cash, and real $$$$ Assets on the books. And an "Option" is not an asset, and that Option needs $$$$ money to move it forward. An opption is also now ownership of a patent, it is control of one IF they execute, which remains to be seen.

Where is the money coming from?

Can gang bang fluff PR's run it to $1/share, maybe, if the sheeple market is gullible, and swimming in cash, and holds shares.
