Really? All that for no real analysis of the delay. All that matters is clx asked for a delay and the stock tumbled. Obviously getting the DA done wasn't their top priority. It still isn't. No DA is in EDIT PHASE this long. It's not that difficult a thing to do. The mechanics here are simple enough to give clx control of paso. Presumably clx has a few lawyers...and more resources than most otc stocks that do identical rm quite easily. One can only assume that clx doesn't have as strong a desire to rm as we would like them to have and the longer this takes and the more successful clx looks the less likely they'll need paso.
